1I like dogs because they are a man best friend.
2I have three best friends their names are Marcos, William, and Bryan.
3My favorite colors are red and gold because gold is good luck and red makes me stay on focus.
4My dog died before his birthday his name is Chico and his birthday was on Valentines Day, he died because of a big dog sat on him and squish his bones he was only 2 years old.
5I like to boxing because it’s healthy and very fun .
6im obessed with chocolate because its my favorite type of flavor.
7im also obessed with the singer Cassie because she is so beautiful and good at dacening and singing. 8cassie is mixed just like me. I alos like to dance because its fun and exciting to see what you can do.

imagery and figuritve language

At first, I thought imagery was a meaning for a picture. But I learned that this was wrong [or right]. Actually, imagery is the language that appeals to the five senses. I also learned about figurative language. I used to think figurative language was a language by a metaphor but I learned that figurative language is poetry The three main types of figurative language are simile, metaphor, and literature response

At first, I thought irony was a narrative but I learned that this was wrong. Actually irony is a technique of indicating, as through character or plot development, an intention or attitude opposite to that which is actually or ostensibly stated. There are three types of irony dramatic irony, verbal irony, and situational irony. I also learned about ambiguity. I used to think ambiguity was a language but I learned that ambiguity is doubtfulness or uncertainty of meaning or intention. On my irony and ambiguity pretest, I was.below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be at grade-level.

theme

At first, I thought theme was a topic, but I learned that this was wrong. Actually, theme is a central idea or insight about life and human nature that gives a story meaning. Some themes are universal, which means that they are commonly found in literature of all cultures and ages. The five main genres of literature are non-fiction, fiction, poetry, drama, and myth. Since I now understand theme, I can find the theme of my favorite movie. My favorite movie is "little man". The theme of this movie is: never trust the most obvious. On my theme pretest, I was below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be at or above grade-level.
